In my 99 everytime the ac kicks on there's a bad vibration. It didnt happen like that till yesterday and now it got me worried my ac is going out just in time for the texas heat. If anybody has any experience with this I will forever be gratfull for a salution.

My girlfriend said her 00 dose the same thing but i cant get it to do it again. When dose it happen? what do you have your air set at? Is it after you've been driving it for a little?
Happens any time the AC compressor spins on all the settings. Happens at idle and while driving. All so the belt has started to squeel when the AC is on. I didn't realize the squeel had anything to do with the AC till I happened to turn the AC off while it was squeeling. My theory is the belts having a hard time turning the compressor. All so it doesn't matter if i have been driving for a while or just turned it on.

Sounds like the bearings in the AC compressor are toast. This recently happened to my buddy and went from a "squeal" to smoke pouring out of the AC clutch in a matter of a few days.
Is that somthing that can be replaced just by its self or will i need to fork over the cash for a new compresor?
Could be the bearing of the compressor or the clutch pulley bearing.
Just take the drive belt of and rotate the clutch pulley and the compressor by hand. Feel if there is any play.
Clutch pulley is easilily replacable and if it's only the bearing you can replace that separately. Lots of posting on this topic already
Replacing the compressor isn't that difficult, but more costly and obviously you will have to do a complete refill of the AC.
