Hi all. I was wondering if anyone could help me?
I have a 1996 Cherokee, manual 2.5L turbo diesel, UK spec.

When I am travelling down the highway between the speeds of 50-60mph the front right wheel vibrates and makes a banging noise. my mechanic cannot find the problem and checked that nothing was loose. balancing and greasing up the 'nipple' joints helped but it came back.is there any damage being done by driving around in it?how do i fix it?

I heard that it cannot be fixed and that this cherokee model inherently has this problem. Chrysler is not identifing the problem or something.


on a seperate question. how can i re-wire the jeep so that the front indicators and side marker lights stay on when the headlamps are on? With the uk spec, the indicators on the front are off unless selected left or right, and the side marker lights are never on. How do I set it up to mirror the American Cherokees.
