We live in a time that worlds away are not sufficent for those who want instant gratification. I admit that I am sometimes caught up in that mentality, but I try to resist it.

Thats the interweb life. I want it now. Like in my school days we went to check things out in a book but today everyone has forgotten books in favor of the interweb. Want to know where to find a widget then Google Fu it and TaDah there it is right on your monitor saying how many widgets for you today sir!
Well you get the idea!

Check also the other things that have been mentioned such as Tie Rod ends, Control arm bushings and trackbar bushings. All of which may cause the vibration you describe.
We have been wondering if you would tell us where exactly you are located? You enticed us the other day by saying that your country was boiling which is an odd description and started us wondering about your location.
Report back and let us know if any of our suggestions are the correct ones.

I'm guessing when you said "changed the tires and palanced the rods", you mean you balanced the tires and changed the tie rods? ?
The tricky thing about xj's is it's unibody construction doesn't allow us to pinpoint a vibration to a particular area of the jeep. What could be vibrating on the left rear tire would be felt up front too cuz the vibes will travel through the unibody since there's no bushings like body-on-frame vehicles to quiet it down. For instance, i had a nasty vibe around 45 mph. I felt it up front and dug for the problem for a couple weeks, replaced every steering components and axle parts and it never changed. It was the rear driveshaft.
