A few weeks ago (5-6) I took my jeep to a guy I knew for some general engine work as I had work and family to tend to and was unable to take care of it myself. All has been well up until about 2-2.5 weeks ago when I drove through a large puddle outside of a grocery store (5-10mph, maybe a foot of water). Lost power steering and gauges shot up so I pulled over and looked in the engine bay and noticed that my whole belt has come off....alrighty then
Got it fixed and went on my way for a few more days. Was driving around 4 days later and jumped off again, and again, and again. Kept putting it on the right way (using diagrams and others who have been doing vehicles for longer than I've been alive). Went through 2 belts and then everything was fine again for a few days. Didn't drive it for a little more week until last night (surgery recovery) and the belt broke again.
Taking a better look at pulley alignment I realized that the fan pulley is cocked at an angle to where when the fan spins it comes within close proximity to the crankshaft pulley.
I then looked at my ac bracket. 1 bolt is broke within the head (closest to front of vehicle). There are also no other bolts, they are all missing. Went to the JY and scooped up 3 bolts easily but when I tried to bolting the lower and upper left hole, I can't reattach them. I tried to swivel the bracket left and right (standing at the front bumper) and I thought that I could push it closer to the head to get the holes aligned, no such luck.
I can't go out and start pulling things off (doctor says I gotta wait quite a while), and research has brought me back nearly nil, all I've found is how to remove the broken bolt. Figured if me and a buddy can take it all apart and get the fan pulley aligned, the rest will fall into place and there won't be anymore problems.
Does anyone have an "exploded" view/diagram of the bracket and what all goes with it? Or a link to a thread on how to remove the fan pulley? I've yet to find anything on them and ive used the very helpful search bar on both this forum and google. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated!

You may need to get a new/used bracket if yours is too bent to get the holes to line back up. As for removing a broken bolt I'm sure there are several threads on ho to do this as well as a ton of youtube videos. I would also check the the harmonic damper is not coming apart. This happened on my 94.
