Vent Window Problem

Default Vent Window Problem
I have a '93 Cherokee 2 Dr. The vent window behind the driver side door has a broken lower hinge that has corroded through; sorta strange. There's no real corrosion anywhere else. Is this hinge replaceable or is the vent window easily replaceable?

Does the window come out easily?

I haven't had a chance to tear it apart yet.
