Vacumn line clogged

Default Vacumn line clogged
My daughter has a 96 Jeep Ceerokee Sport and the vacumn line is clogged. If you pull the vacumn line off the throttle bank it will run.With it on it stalls. Are ther any suggestions on how to fix? I can do all the work, just would like to know where to start!!!!!

Sounds to me like its starving for air.

What does your air filter look like?

You can start the fix by checking on the air filter...
