vacum problem

I would start by tracing your vaccuum lines from the back side of the front axle where it hooks up, I believe you should have a vaccuum canister in your bumper on the passenger side. Good Luck!!

Ok I think I've traced all my lines and the only hing I've found that looks wrong is there's a blue line that doesn't seem to connect to any thing. It has a black hard piece at the end of it. Looks like it should connect to something but can't find where it goes? Also I was wondering can the vacuum canister go bad?
