Default Used rusty's coils and leafs?

So I'm looking for a softer ride on my 1990 XJ cause it's my daily driver and it rides really rough. I bought it with a 4" lift. It has blocks in the back and really saggy leafs. The front coils are black and I can't find the name on them. The shocks are Rancho at least in the front. I found some Rusty's 4.5 coils and leaf springs on c-list for $150. The leafs need new bushings. I'm also planning on replacing all my shocks with bilstein 5100s.

My questions are can the leafs or coils be worn out? And will these changes affect my ride a lot?

What are you running for control arms??? Springs and leafs can both wear out but with coils it's less likely. I say go for it, you can always build your own leaf pack out of the old and new.

X2 Rancho are good for heavier trucks, suck on jeeps and other lighter vehicles.
