Is using my radio antenna as my cb antenna possible?

Yes. And No! Your radio antenna is tuned to work at a far different frequency as your CB. Your CB is ~27.2Mhz. FM broadcast is ~100Mhz. So the car's antenna is about four times too short.

Notice I said yes, above. You can hook it up. But your finals in your CB won't be happy. Nor will the receive.

Does not work - completely different frequency.

You can use the location of the FM radio antenna and install a CB antenna instead.

FM Radio can work with just a tiny amplified/powered antenna buried in the engine compartment.

Haha yeah i tried it and didn't work...just bought a cheap cb antenna.
