upper control arm question

upper control arm question
ok im going to be replaceing my upper control arms and i have a feeling the bolts are mot going to come out of the bushings in the axle has anyone run into this problem and if i cut the bolts can i press the old ones out with out ruining the bushings dont have anymore money to replace them so everyones input would be great
