Managed to get it all back together yesterday. The good news is I only had about a half dozen extra screws! Thanks for all the help everyone! I even managed to get my carpets shampooed while the seats were out and painted my seat frames too. I think the the hardest part was the emergency brake, broke two bolts taking it out. Had to drill and grind them off. Major pita, fashioned it up with some new hardware and sprayed undercoat from the bottom. Couldn't believe the mud that came out in my carpet cleaner. Even cleaned the seats too. New radiator, new water pump, new fan pulley (ac pump bracket), new hoses, new reciever/drier, new evaporator, new heater core, new blower motor resistor, and new e-brake handle. Talk about putting in work. Hopefully my jeep was worth it all. I certainly enjoyed all the work. Next I'm gonna do a tune up, gonna wait a while because the Cherokee is running like a beast.

nice write up with pics. just out of curiousity with the occasional coolant smell in the cabin were you having to add coolant? i have that same occasional smell and do not have any leaks or coolant loss. im thinking its my heater core. and let me know how you like that flowkooler pump i think thats going to be on my list of upgrades.

yes, I was having to add coolant. I also was leaking somewhere around the radiator cap, tried a new cap and still leaked. Replaced radiator. Jury is still out on the flow cooler, jeep seems to run around the same temp. However, it now gets HOT inside the cabin
