Underhood questions.

Underhood questions.
1. What is the harness bolted to the driver fender for (has a couple vaccum lines on it? I have one line not hooked up. looks like it goes on the other side of the airbox somewhere.
2. Harness in the first pic, whats it for?
3. On the second pic i have 2 vaccum line comeing out of the firewall. One Orange one black, am i missing something or where do they go?
Any help is appreciated.
