Ultra high revs

Hey guys, 1st post but a long time reader. I have a 2000 with a 4 liter that I just replaced the head (Alabama Cylider Head). When I start it, it instantly revs up past 4000 before I shut er down. It run great but revs high. Any ideas? thanx

After the initial start up, I've taken off the intake/exhaust manifolds, replaced the gaskets(2nd new one)still same results.should I pull the head off again?
