U-Joints?

U-Joints?
When I turn the steeering wheel all the way left. The driver's front side makes a groan. The groan is only there when the jeep is moving but, not given gas. If given any gas the groan goes away. The only thing non-stock about the cherokee is 16" wheels from a liberty.
