Default u bolts for 2" add a leaf?

I have a 8.25 rear and will be adding 2". I was wondering what lenght bolt is needed?

I know it should be 1/2" rod and 3"ID.

Also what size center pin will be needed?

Thanks for the help

Hi and welcome to CF...I believe you will need 1/2" diameter rod x 3" I.D x 9.0" length. That's for a 2.75 lift block so you will have extra length...Tj

Well. I'm not putting on lift blocks. I'm adding two leafs from another xj leaf pack. Would the 9" work for that ?

Measure the stock length of the U bolts. Measure the thickness of the leafs. Add the two measurements and that is what you need.

That's what I was planning to do. I was just wondering what others have used and also what is available.
