Default Turn Signals and Fuel Gauge

Lately when I have been driving, my fuel gauge and turn signals dont work. My fuel gauge won't move when i start the engine if i fill the tank all the way up. It will continue do this until i get down to about a 1/4 tank. Also my turn signals will blink once or twice and then not work at all for about 30 seconds. Finally, my hazard lights wont work correctly either. on the dash only the left signal blinks, on the front of the jeep the left light blinks and the rear the right light blinks.... What can be the cause?

I had the same turn signal problem with my 89 and on that the ground plate that goes to the bulb socket from the wiring on the socket was not making good contact as for the fuel gauge check the wires at the pump make sure none of them are broke
