Yes, I tested them with the ignition in both the off and the on position. I also looked at the wiring loom going into the back of the fuse block, or as good a look as I could get, and I couldn't see any signs of critters or breakage or anything, looked normal. I am at a complete loss here. why would my fuses not even be getting power???? Can I use a jumper from a known good source without causing it to blow up completely. That's my only other option that I can think of without putting in a new fuse block or something, which is the last thing I want to do. Thanks for the info.
Don't hold me to it but yes, I see no reason why you couldn't fashion a jumper to provide 12v to something that's supposed to have 12v. Best case scenario, stuff starts working and you have a starting point from which to further troubleshoot. Mildly worse case scenario you pop a fuse. And worst, you smell smoke. Have an extinguisher handy

Yes, I pulled the fuses and probed both sides of the box itself since I didn't know which side was hot. Thanks for the diagram, that will help. Not all the fuse are dead, but a few of them are. Unless my test light was malfunctioning or something. I will retest this weekend with my multimeter this time. I will make sure and pull the fuse and probe the box on the hot side of the socket with the ignition in the ON position. If that fails, I am going to start making jumpers. Has anyone ever seen a Jeep on fire? Well you might this weekend, I will post pics!

I say replace the switch.. Mainly because of the 'no power to the fuse box'. I'm going to guess the switch is between power and fuses. Just a guess.. been wrong before.

I always thought that the switch is after the fuse. Power->fuse->switch. Maybe wrong. I am not very good at wiring if you can't tell
. Aren't these things all controled by different parts of the switch within the steering column? The cruise has its own wire, the blinkers and wipers are on seperate circuits using different mechanisms to switch them. Isn't it wierd that all of them would not work at the same time. I can see one cicuit going bad because one mechanism within the switch breaks or quits working, but for all of them to go out at once? I think I will change the whole switch though, just to make sure. Have to go to the JY this weekend anyway, I'll pick up a switch when I'm there. Compared to the tilt tightening thing I did last weekend, changing the switch will be a piece of cake!
