Turn signal & reverse lights not working after installing a used ECM
After installing a used, fully functioning ECM into my '96 XJ Cherokee, I no longer have turn signal or reverse lights & it also seems to be running abnormally rich.
Any ideas for what needs to be done here?

Welcome to the forum!
Running rich is probably just the ECM learning the new engine. It takes a few cycles to get tuned in.
The lights are coincidence. The ECM has nothing to do with them. It's possible something was jiggled or bumped when the work was done, or perhaps they were already bad and you just hadn't noticed them.
I suggest you troubleshoot them by themselves, not as a symptom of an ECM problem. Start with the obvious - the fuses.
