Default Turn Signal Problems

When I turn my left turn signal on, the left one in the front blinks, the left one in the back blinks, and the right one in the back blinks. I got pulled over for it today so I would like to get it fixed asap. Thanks

PS.
It's a 1999 Jeep Cherokee Sport with a moonroof.
