Have a 90 cherokee driverside turnsignal works fine with headlights off when I turn parking or headlighs on it will not blink but comes on solid but dim on inst.panel any help is welcomed. also where can I find a wiring diagram for it

Sounds like the headlight switch is bad.

 

I would check your lights, see if one is dimmer than the others try parking, signals etc. You will prob find a rear socket corodded or a poor ground.

 

This may be a different problem, but when my 99 Classic's turn signals are on for a certain amount of time, usually about a minute, they stop blinking and go solid orange. I was told that it was the actual "flicker" fuse under the steering column. I have yet to replace it because it passed inspection anyways, but maybe this will help you ? I was told to just turn on a blinker and listen for a clicking noise under the steering wheel and pull whatever was clicking and then replace it. It should only be like a couple $'s at your local JK...
