When ever I turn on my signal, it flashes one or twice then shuts off with the lever still up or down on the column. I hear an electrical arcing sound sometimes. The hazard lights flash fine so Im thinking its the whole lever switch assembly. Any ideas?

 

check your grounds. I think the turn signals ground is right under the steering wheel

 

Could it be the flasher? If so where is the flasher?
