i just did a tune up on my truck and i cleaned the throttle body inside and out and sea foamed it to clean everything out poor some in with your oil and drive it around and also run some through your brake vacume line keep your thumb over it and let the vacume suck a little out at a time from the can of sea foam then after you do about half a can of that turn the truck off let it sit for like 2 min and then start it and rev the motor to around 3500 rpms youll see alot of smoke come out of the muffler its all just stuff its burning off

works for me

You might check under the dc and look at the contact points and rotor under there. I always replace them too when I do a tune up. I just seafoamed my zj and it did seem to help it idle smoother. It was the 1st time I have tried it .

PCV valve... shake it to see if it rattles, if it does its still good.
Change up yur Differential fluids especially if you're out wheelin in the mud a lot.
Trans flushes are great if you have been doing them every 40-60k.. If not.. I wouldnt recommend it.
