My XJ has trouble starting in the cold. When it's warmer, it's fine. I open the door, and the light under the dash comes on, i turn the key, the buzzer and all the dash lights come on, but absolutely nothing under the hood. Not that grating like when the battery is dead, but absolutely nothing. Any ideas on what this could be?

I'm trying to say that the starter doesn't turn over, even though the battery isn't dead, and I need help identifying the problem.

 

First start with the simple things check all your grounds make sure they are clean.Then check your batery cables and the other wire that connects to the starter give that a try first.
