Triangle/Cigarette window installation help

Can someone please explain to me the easiest way to take out and reinstall the triangle windows up front. All help is appreciated.

Remove the inner door trim panel and the water dam (plastic sheet behind trim.) The forward main window track is also the back edge of the vent window. It will be either rivetted in place (1/4" rivet, drill out with 1/4" bit and replace with 1/4"-20 bolts & nuts) or screwed (probably with 1/4" bolts & nuts.) If you have to get/replace the hardware, I suggest using stainless bolts & nuts, and get the nuts with the Nylon locking collar.
Once you've removed the four fasteners that hold the window assembly in place, run the main window down (if you haven't already,) tip the vent window toward the rear, then toward the outside of the door, and it will lift out.
Installation is the reverse of removal. The functional "smoker windows" may be replaced with the fixed window assemblies, and vice versal
