Hello fellow members,

I own a 1996 Jeep is automatic 2WD with 139k miles. When driving and I slow down to make a turn or sudden stop the transmission seems to skip when pressing on the accelerator or when stopping suddenlly and shifting to reverse. Trans oil and filter were changed 15k miles ago, current fluid level is good. I notice a noise comming from the differential when driving 55mph and letting go of the accelerator.

Any ideas?
