transmission pump seal

transmission pump seal
Okay so here it is, i have a 1998 cherokee 4x4 4.0L. My trans pump seal went out. So Im assuming, blew oil everywhere, check dip stick no oil, I added oil put her in gear and it just pukes out the bell housing. What should I be checking on the trans to make sure the pump or anything wasn't damaged in this situation.
So since I am dropping the trans I thought hell I'm already inside her ill do my rear main seal, and ill replace the oil pan gasket. Anything else Im missing that I should take care of???
