Transmission fluid: To change or not to change

my 2cts. however you want to do it no flush but either drain the fluid or change and filter dirty fluid in any trans. is not good in my 92 98k filter and fluid change 116k fluid change sold at 215k fluid still red.

Sorry got ahead of myself typing if you dont want to do the trani. flush at least drain the fluid and add a few times or change the filter and the fluid I would do the filter and fluid change Better?
