I have those codes on my 1998 XJ with AW4 transmission with 177,243 miles on it. I watched a YouTube video on changing the solenoids doesn’t look to difficult. Anyone have any ideas on the other 2 codes? Any suggestions? Go to tranny shop?

p0700 is a generic trans code likely stemming from your solenoid codes. P0758 is a specific solenoid that's malfunctioning. P0740 is your TCC circuit, could either be a short or the TCC solenoid itself.
