Default Transmission cooler line leak question / fix?

hi, guys,
please see the photo attached.
I've noticed that one of my trans. cooller line (metal tube to hose connector) has some leak.
I am trying to avoid replacing the whole "assembly", as it's around 50 bucks.
My first question is ... where exactly that leak is comming through, is it where I pointed on the picture?
The second question is this. Do you think it would be possible to cut/remove that aluminum(???) "cap-clamp" (have no clue what to call that thing) and then maybe cut off a bit of the hose then re-fit it and place screw-clamp there.

I am thinking that there has to be a way to fix that leak without replacing the whole thing.
thanks in advance for your suggestions

Is it a factory cooler or aftermarket. I have a similar prob but I had to cut the hose to install mine The one line sealed with coupler and clamps but the other line i can not get to stop leaking tried differant clamps and couplers and the damn thing will never stop it leaks very little so it will not be a big deal.

cj11 ! Thanks
The "cooler" is radiator (I have brand new one, direct from china ),
the lines - I have no way of knowing what they are exactly, have no history. I assume that they are are "original". They don't look like new, but they don't look like old junk either. But this damn joint leaks. Also it's not a major leak, but if I wipe it dry, then drive a few minutes then check it - the drop of fluid is right there...so it does not look like something I can simply ignore.
I just though that I could avoid buying the whole new assembly...

ah, COOL!
Did you push the hose over that "flare" (beyond where the pointer is on the photo). I would imagine that this may be hard to do (if that hose is similar to power-steering hose I had to deal with...those are tough), or maybe the hose will stretch over with no problem. ????
I thought maybe placing two clamps is a good idea.
Gotta give it a try then.

Uh! Just got in to post update as I did this today and made pics.
So you did cut a piece of pipe beyond the flares, or did you "shave" them of??? Just curious.
I didn't cut them
Yeah, it was a bit of PITA, I must say, but it worked

I'll post all the details how I did it. in a few mins.

Thanks a bunch again for replies

so, here's exactly what I did.
The most pita for me was to remove that "cap-clamp". It's very soft , but it's pretty thik, and it's damn tight, and you want to remove it without damaging the hose also...
I guess if you have a small rotary tool, it would be easier to cut it in pieces and remove. I have the rotary tool, but it was not charged (as always, when I need it..grrrrrrrr), so here are the tools I've used:

I did make three cuts and broke off sections of it

then I had to remove the left of that clamp that is jammed between the flares, as pointed on the photo.
Also, interesting, that the hose was absolutely NOT tight on the pipe itself...it would just slip off by gravity without that clamp, really. So I guess that's how it gets leaky ...

heare are the piece of the clamp.
Also then I've noticed that hole there ... so I guess that's where the fluid gets out from...see that hole in the larger piece? I wonder what exactly is purpose for that hole to be there (???)

So to twist-push the hose over that double flare was a bit hard but not too bad, just had to work it out , and I got it over enoug to place two clamps. See picture.
also, Maybe one clamp would work just fine, but I placed two.
Drove the machine today, checked, so far looks good
