I bought a B&M add-on transmission cooler that I want to install into the return line back to the tranny.

I am having a bit of trouble determining which line coming from the transmission is the return line....anyone know??

 

trace line going to back of trans. thats your return line. still not sure pull both lines off the stock cooler and have a friend start Jeep. the line that makes the nasty mess will be your feed line. haha

 

as long as you install it in line so that the fluid circulates there is really no way to fudge it up.

 

Of the two lines I think the top one is the return to the tranny. At least it was on mine.

 

Quick and easy... you were going to take them off anyway.
