Transmission Control Module (TCM) causing fuse 16 (IOD) to blow

Transmission Control Module (TCM) causing fuse 16 (IOD) to blow
I have a 2000 Jeep Cherokee Freedom and when i bought it several fuses were blowing. Today I was disconnecting everything and reconnecting to see what was causing fuse 16 to blow (IOD) and when the transmission control module (TCM) is unplugged the fuse does not blow. None of the wires, including the pink one, look chafed throughout or at the connector. Could a bad TCM be causing this issue? Anything helps, Thanks.
