Yeah I am a 2x4 and I have no clue, all I know about my jeep is that it's a jeep cherokee, 1993, and it's a sport

awd huh? on the collum it says, p,r,n,d,3,1-2 what is the 3 and the 1-2?

it's the final countdown before it definitely gives up and dies.... jk
it's to limit the shifting up to 3rd gear in 3 and to 2nd in 1-2. When you go up steep hills you don't want the tranny to shift in 3rd, but rev up in 1st and 2nd..

Not the thing in the middle hahanot like steering collum, so what is my jeep then O.o I am so confused, if it's AWD it would have 2 drive shafts correct?
