Tranny shifting hard
So I bought a 2000 auto XJ w/ 102,00 miles over the summer and when i put it in drive or reverse it lurches really hard. The shifts are fine from 1st to 2ed and whatnot its just when im putting it into gear. I just swapped the fluid and its still doing it any ideas?

You should check your motor mounts and xmsn mounts. I use to gewt the clunks and it was both a motor mount and my xmsn mount. It goes into gear smoothly with the new mounts.

tanny problems, need help!!!!
so i have a 1994 xj automatic and when i put it in either drive or reverse it shifts kinda hard and it has a 8in lift
