Default Trailer Hitch--Learn from My Lazy

I was researching my trailer install here, and kept reading that there already is a nut strip (sill bracket) on the right side. So, I ordered one for the left.

When I went out this morning to put the PB Blaster on the bolts, I discovered that there is NOT one on the right. I have a 96 SE 2WD. Off to the JY in the morning...

My xj had a nut inside the frame that the exhaust bolts to. I replaced the nutstrip with jcr so I know its not attached to that.
