trac bar relocation bracket

i just got my trac bar relocation bracket by skyjacker from morris 4X4 in the mail
and i know this is probably something simple but there are no directions
so how is it supposed to go on

yellow factory bolt, green new track bar location, red drill hole install bolt and washer and nut
