looks like some pulling work, time for a frame machine, or, a pulling post, or pull dozer, however..... I have seen things pulled at home, between trees, using a chain hoist, anchored, & a torch as needed to help.
from looks, it may be a little more than you can handle, if you have to ask, it is probably more than you should be doing, especially damage like this. you need to be able to get the "frame" "chasis" square, as in same from left to right, front to back, & diamond, from rear to opposite corners, & even then, it may not handle right.
as for you saying steering is disconnected? do you mean the box was ripped off? or what? if that was ripped off, then your talking about clipping the front.
once upon a time I did body work for a living, off & on from mid 80's to mid late 1990's I really enjoyed it, & thought it was fun, but thats not what I do for a living unfortunately.

financially it isnt worth it, unless you have the ability, scrap it.
the easiest way to repair is to clip it. not for inexperienced, & too many jacklegs do it, thats why there are so many laws reguarding rebuilt vehicles, & titles. however a "clean" title, with that kind of damage, could be sold easier, to a small shop or individual that does that kind of work, as with a clean title, it doesnt have to be inspected to make sure it is road worthy, & thats why I hate CARFAX, I been around the scene I just described & seen too many repaired first hand with clean title history.

doorless chop top.lol. Just build it up. it doesnt really matter how it looks startin out. anything has potential if you wanna make it work. Id start by pullin off all the tweeked parts that cant be reused and see what your left with. figure how much you wanna spend and go for it.
