Default torque settings on torque converter

Hi every body, long time viewer first time user. I'm ready to install a 4.0 in my 96 cherokee and i need the torque number for the converter to the flex plate. I bought a Haynes book buuut- can't find any thing in it that talks about the converter or gives specs. Can anyone help?

9.5 and 10 inch converters are 55 foot pounds.

The 10.75inch converter is 23 lbs.
