Default top piece for Rear Main Seal

basically, i cant get the SOB out...The piece "top piece" of the rear main seal i can not get it out for the life of me. any recommendations on how to get it out?

Default rear main seal

did you loosen the last two crank bearings bolts? my '93 had the OE seal when I changed mine and it came out easily.

you can also use a thin screwdriver or punch and push it out.

X infinety. be very aware of where the new seal is going to seat. don't just start pounding away with a BFH and a screw driver.
