Top Part of arm rest clip?

Top Part of arm rest clip?
does anyone know what the piece that connects the arm rest part that locks the top part of the arm rest into the door? not the screws... My brother is very impatient and instead of turning it to get it out gently he just ripped that whole thing out. I bought the Arm Rest Retainer already. but I need the inner piece to it and can't find it anywhere so far...

I'm not exactly sure what you mean, but I think I'm having the same issue. Can you post some pictures and maybe we can help each other out.
