Default Tires rubbing Fender Brackets?

Just finished my 6.5 RC lift last night. Will post pics soon. I am running 35" tires so i know i am going to have to trim which i planned on doing anyway. Driving down the road i am not getting any rubbing but when i turn i am rubbing on what appears to be a bracket that attaches to the bottom of my front fenders. Sorry, no pics but can get some later if i need to. It looks like i can unbolt this from each side but my question is if i do this how will it effect my fender? i think when i trim i will be cutting of the lower part of my fender below the turn signal anyway but i am not planning on trimming for a couple of weeks. can i remove this without too much trouble?

U can remove it but if it is the one im thinking of then i think the horn is there or are you talking about the one thats just a straight place that hooks to the flars to hold the bottom on?

I looked at it last night and it looks like one end attached to the bottom of the fender and the other end attaches to the body right next to the skid plate. It is this way on both sides. I will try to post pics later.
