Default Tires for 16x9 rims and 2" lift. Help!

I purchased some 16x9 moto metal or metal moto whatever it is rims. They do fit with about an inch past the stock fenders and 4.5" backspacing. I was just wondering what size I should go with. 255/70/16? (30x10) or 255/75/16 (31x10) I don't really want a tire much wider because It will stick out even further. Thanks.

I got a set of 255/70/16 Hankook dynapro atm that are like brand new that was on my cherokee the first week i got it. They were put on few weeks before i bought the jeep because it had a set of maypops on it. My jeep had 2 inch budget boost on it with factory 16 whels size was perfect no scrubbing. I got them off now if you are interested less than 1000 miles on them just let me know.
