So I woke up this morning to my perpetually leaking tire being dead flat. Being sick of this little game of filling it every couple days I decided to put on my spare. I went for my tire iron....none of the lug nuts will budge. I PB blaster it and let that set for a few hours and hit it with my impact gun....nothing, so I put some more PB on there and let it set then heated the lug nuts....with heat one of them rounded off and I left it alone not wanting to do any more damage.....I need help any suggestions?

Be careful about heating rims with tires on them. There are documented cases of tires exploding after being heated.

I have used an air hammer and a BFH to back it up on the sides of lug nuts to break the rust.

Jack it up and bang around the lugs with a hammer to loosen it up and allow the rim to vibrate. Drop it back down and loosen them up.

Purchase a good 4 way lug wrench that factory wrench just keeps the bracket its mounted on from rattling not much more .

Try giving the wheel a smack or two with a hammer. If you have access to hand impact and a 8pt socket you can hammer it on and give it a go...
