30/950-15 will fit perfect but 31s can be done with trimming

lets see actually no if you get 235x75x15 they are 30" tall
i am getting a set for my mj when i need tires.
i dont know how wide it is though
235 is the width
75 is the lenght and the lenght is taken by 75% of 235

another example

225-60-16 (new focuses)

225 width
60%of 225 is the lenght
16 is the rim

like corvettes are 315 45 20

315 width
45% of 315 sucks!!!!!!!!! super skinny
20 rims

understand

All the calculations I have come across say a 235/75/15 is 28.9" tall... but then again most 30x9.50x15 tires.. arent really 30" tall either. So yes there is very little difference between them.
