Just do a little arithmatic.......
235/75/15 tire
235 X .75 X 2 / 25.4 + 15 = 28.88" tall
235 / 25.4 = 9.25" wide
30 X 9.50/15 tire is 30" tall, 9.5" wide and fits on a 15" rim
