Default Timing issues. Bad ECU??

I have a 85 xj with a 95 yj 4.0 ax15 transmission. Im having some timing issues. When the jeeps at idle the timing is 27 degrees before TDC but once the throttle is applied its 15 degrees after TDC.
I need ideas ive been struggling with this for a little over five months now.
Thanks

It was a complete swap. The motor, wiring, and transmission came out of a 95 yj. The jeep was running fine one day, than just took a crap timings all messed up cant figure out why.
