Question that time of the year! overheating:(

so i was driving to boise and my jeep did fine when i am just driving but when i come to a stop my car slowly starts to over heat!! my e fan is wired in so i can just flip a switch it only cools it down a little bit....any idea on what it might be?

well i just looked at my coolant resevoir and it is empty!!! i just filled it up! i dont see a leak anywhere though!!

check your oil and see if it id, made more oil..... aka coolent.
