Sorry to beat on a broken horse..but I need clarification on some parts.

specially the Drag link. read a few posts that folks opted for the DS1430 moog part instead of the one that is listed from moogs website. DS1310.

It's definitely more expensive and that is all I am seeing here..My Jeep is a mall crawler. Never taken it really off road. Pop a few curbs here and there and that's pretty much all the action it will see.

Can anyone clarify for me..Thanks in advance.




Moog Parts: 98 grand cherokee V8
DS1312 Tie Rod End (tie rod) (1x)

DS3096L Tie Rod End (1x)

ES3096L Tie Rod End (1x for pitman )

DS1310 Tie Rod End ( drag link)

ES2079S Center Link (2x)

 

The V8 ZJ tie rod is beefier than the stock XJ and I6 ZJ tie rod. If you don't see the dirt very often you could stick with the stock replacement.

With this work for 99 cherokee. Or do I need the 98 zj tie rod kit??
