Ticking Sound in Rear End

Ticking Sound in Rear End
I have an 89 Jeep Cherokee. Whenever I am using the gas pedal there is a ticking noise somewhere in the rear end of the car. It sounds like the driveshaft but am not forsure. Would it be the u-joints on the shaft possibly. It only does it sometimes.
