I've searched the forum and found alot of info about ticking noises while driving. My problem is, when i turn the jeep off...the ticking starts. Its driving me crazy! No ticking or noises while driving, only when its shut off. Any ideas? Its a 90 cherokee laredo, auto, 4.0L.

Mine does it i wasnt sure what it was so i crawled underneath and it was my exhaust. So then i just never worried about it. Its nothing bad. It's just your exhaust cooling.
