ticking noise

Default ticking noise
Hey I have a 1999 jeep Cherokee limited and when I start it up and let it run for bout maybe a min or two I begin to here a ticking or knocking noise and I'm no really sure were the noise comes from but if I accelerate on the gas it goes away I only hear it at idle and its seems to be a mystery to me any help will work

possibly a heat shield that only ticks when the rpms are at a certain point. i have a heat shield that i will hear rattling when ever my jeep is at 2000 rpm and no other time.

Could it be I'm exhaust manifold has a crack in it and I only here it when it builds up pressure
